Meet&Play is a sports reservation and social platform that provides the following services:

• •Player matching and social features
• •Facility discovery and reviews
• •Game statistics and rankings

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

When creating an account, you must comply with the following rules:

• •You must provide accurate and current information
• •You must be at least 13 years old
• •You must not share your account credentials with anyone
• •You are responsible for all activities on your account
• •You must notify us immediately if you notice suspicious activity

3. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you must comply with the following rules:

• •Be respectful to other users
• •Share accurate and honest information
• •Attend reservations on time
• •Comply with facility rules
• •Avoid actions that could compromise platform security

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• •Creating fake accounts or impersonation
• •Spam, harassment, or threatening messages
• •Misusing or manipulating the platform
• •Sharing other users' personal information without permission
• •Sharing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• •Attempting to damage the platform's technical infrastructure
• •Fake reservations or repeated no-shows

5. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Rules regarding reservations:

• •Reservations are subject to facility policies
• •Cancellation deadlines vary by facility (typically 24 hours in advance)
• •Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties
• •Users with repeated no-shows may have their accounts suspended
• •Payment terms are determined by the facility

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights related to the Meet&Play platform:

• •All content, logos, designs, and software belong to Oando Technologies
• •Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited
• •User-generated content (comments, photos) belongs to the user
• •By sharing content, users grant a license for use on the platform

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Meet&Play is not responsible for:

• •Service quality or safety of facilities
• •Disputes between users
• •Injuries or losses occurring during reservations
• •Interruptions of third-party services
• •Problems caused by user errors
• •Service interruptions due to force majeure

⚠️ The platform is provided 'as is'. No warranties are given.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

• •Violation of terms of service
• •Engaging in prohibited conduct
• •Repeated no-shows or misuse
• •Legal requirements
• •At your own request

In case of wrongful suspension, you can appeal to support@meetplay.app.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

• •In-app: Profile > Settings > Delete My Account
• •Via email: privacy@meetplay.app

⚠️ Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• •First, contact us via support@meetplay.app
• •If no resolution is found within 30 days, mediation may be sought
• •Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply
• •Antalya Courts have jurisdiction

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
